Maybe you started vaping to stop smoking,

or maybe you didn't,

or maybe you've never vaped,

or maybe you've never smoked.

The fact is, it's the same part of your brain that is sending out that impulse.

And it's an impulse for instant gratification.

You have constructed a habit with the way that you respond to that impulse, and your subconscious has been convinced over a long period of time that smoking or vaping is helping you with some emotion that is attached to that impulse.

So, what happens when you smoke over a long period of time (and especially when you go back to smoking when you ARE able to stop) is you convince your subconscious part of our mind that there's a good reason why you're smoking - even if, consciously you don't know what that reason is, or consciously you may even believe there are no good reasons the smoke.

Your subconscious watches the patterns in your behaviour and it locks in, and makes automatic, those ones which it feels like is helping you with something - maybe like stress or boredom, or maybe even just giving you a pleasure or comfort.

Once it gets locked in there and made automatic, it's very hard to beat with your conscious willpower alone because you have set up this tug of war in your mind.

Now when you try to stop smoking your subconscious is pulling in the opposite direction and almost making you smoke.

The way hypnosis works for smoking is:

  • it's not about tricking your mind
  • or getting it or do something against your will

It's just about getting you into a state where you're relaxed enough that i can talk to that subconscious part of your mind directly, and get your subconscious to understand and accept three things which you already know consciously:

  1. The reason you started smoking in the first place was a mistake - maybe the biggest mistake of your life - and if you went back to smoking after you able to stop, then that was a mistake too.
  2. It's no longer serving you any wothwhile purpose in your life! It's not helping you with stress or boredom, (as you're still stressed and still bored; now you're just smoking while you're stressed and bored) and it's probably not even giving you that much pleasure of comfort anymore, because it's become a habit you just can't seem to break.
  3. You want this habit to stop now!

If your subconscious can understand and accept those three things, and you consciously believe those same 3 things, then you get that alignment in your mindset where you're able to make the decision to stop smoking and now your subconscious will support that decision. (Rather than pulling in the opposite direction, which is what it's doing now).

The way I get your subconscious to understand and accept those three things is in a two hour session, where the first hour is an interview. That's the most important part for me, because that's where I find out:

  • more about you,
  • your smoking habits,
  • your triggers and motivations, and
  • all the things you've connected to smoking in your mind over the years

Once I know that, I can use your words as much as possible, so that the hypnosis part doesn't feel like a stranger telling you what to do - it feels more like something you're telling yourself you want to change, and you have almost written the script for it yourself.

Time to set aside:

2 hours + , with the first 45 - 60 minutes being an interview.

7 out of 10 people stop smoking and vaping for life after just one session.

But that means 3 out of 10 people do need a backup session, and most of those need a backup session quite soon after the initial session.

What that suggests to me is:
perhaps there is something still in your subconscious that believes you're getting some sort of benefit from vaping or smoking; and maybe we didn't talk about it, because maybe you're not aware of what it is, or maybe you've forgotten about it, because maybe it entered your subconscious a long time ago and it's no longer relevant in your life.

I offer free backup sessions for life - so if you ever do start smoking or vaping again, just let me know.
(Preferably before it becomes a daily habit, but even if it has become a daily habit again...)

The way the first backup session works is:
I get you to communicate with your own subconscious so that it can reveal the final thing that it's holding onto; and when you become aware of that, then you get control over it - but, it's very hard to get control over something you don't understand or you are not even aware of.

As I said, 7 out of 10 people only need one session, and keep the free backup session as an "insurance policy" should they ever relapse 3, 5, 10 years into the future.

Sometimes, however, there's an emotional connection you've made in your subconscious that we don't get to, and you will know if this is the case for you very quickly - like unbearable craving or instant relapse. In that case we'll do the backup ASAP and it always works, because you identify the very root of the problem. Guaranteed that smoking or vaping is not helping you with that problem. You will see that and let it go instantly.

If you have any questions about this, I can explain it much better verbally than via text.

I will use your words to break the connections in your subconscious, so it doesn't feel like a stranger telling you what to do - we will agree on what you want me to tell your mind so that the cravings disappear.

The main thing is - you need to be ready to stop. The only reason why this doesn't work is if you don't commit to your decision to stop smoking - or vaping - for life.

Tips to ensure success:

  • Start mentally preparing yourself to stop vaping and/or smoking - if you tell yourself that this will work for you, then it will work.

  • Plan to run out of cigarettes / vapes before you see me, so that you have the least amount of temptation. If you have any left, I will invite you to leave it with me.

  • If there's a place at home where you normally smoke a lot, rearrange the furniture in that area, or better still - give it a makeover - just before you see me. This will provide a strong visual cue to your subconscious mind that "something has changed"; it's up to you to maintain that change in your habits.

  • Think of all the triggers and motivations you have for smoking and/or vaping, and let me know those in the interview before your session - that will allow me to break all those connections in your subconscious once and for all.

  • Take out a piece of paper when you get a quiet moment and draw 3 columns.

1. Reasons why I want to stop smoking / vaping.

2. Benefits expected.

3. Negative consequences of not changing.

Spend a while expanding on each item,

eg. Money - how much per year, and what would you rather do with that money?

Health - what has it done to your health in the past, and what are the worst case scenarios for your health in the future, and what impact would that have on your family and loved ones?

Bring this with you to your appointment.

  • Understand that your subconscious may believe that it is protecting you in some way by reminding you to smoke or vape. I know this might not make sense to your conscious mind, but a pattern you created long ago could be "locked in". If you can pinpoint the reason why that is, please be ready to discuss that with me. I know this can be an awkward, embarrassing, or even painful conversation, but this will be the key to letting go of the habit. I never judge anyone - I just want you to stop vaping and/or smoking.

Why Do People find it so hard to Quit Cigarettes?

Research shows that 68% of smokers have tried to quit without success. Everyone knows cigarettes are not good for them. Everyone knows they are outrageously expensive.

So, why do people continue to smoke?

And why is it so hard for so many people to quit cigarettes?

So many smokers want to quit but they either don’t, or they can’t.

Many smokers thought that vaping would help them quit, but have found that vaping is even more addictive!

Why is that?

We are all different but our reasons are often similar:

It is too difficult to find the willpower.

The withdrawals are too uncomfortable to go through.

Life is too stressful and cigarettes help relieve the stress.

Worried about having cravings.

Worried about gaining weight.

Get short tempered and feel cranky.

Can’t break the addiction.

The fact is simply that - smoking and vaping is not under our conscious control.

Consciously we tell ourselves that we are not going to smoke or vape anymore, but those subconscious patterns, triggers, and habits just kick in and we have no control over them.

If you really ask yourself, “How many cigarettes a day do I actually enjoy?” your answer is probably, “Very few… Perhaps none.”

You vape and smoke the majority of your cigarettes almost subconsciously. It just happens. And when you really think about it, you don’t even enjoy most of them.

Smoking or vaping is something your subconscious mind simply does automatically. It is a habit triggered by your unconscious patterns.

The only way to quit is to change that habit and alter those patterns.

You can do that by using all your willpower and going ‘cold turkey’ or you can do it the easy way with hypnosis. The only way to stop cigarettes and vaping long term is to deal with your own individual reason, patterns and triggers.

Most People Have Tried To Quit Cigarettes and Vaping Many Times

What will being hypnotised feel like?

Well, this is a hard question to answer, because it really is different for different people.

One thing it doesn't feel like - is being unconscious. In fact, when you are undergoing hypnosis, I think it's best if you feel hyper-conscious; or maybe a better way of saying it is that you might feel hyper-focused.

This is because when you are conscious, you subconsciously filter and analyse everything you see, hear, smell, and feel. When you're in hypnosis, your conscious mind rests, and becomes a silent observer.
Then, it's my job to keep your subconscious mind engaged and imagining life without vaping and/or cigarettes. If you can picture what I am saying, as if you were there, imagining it in the first person - that's exactly where you need to be - so stop wondering if you're doing it right, and just go with it.

And if you think it sounds too good to be true, you only need to look at the astounding success rate and become another success story.

A non-smoker for life.

Free from vaping.

It’s true.

Thousands of people have already found success using this exact  process.

Including me.

I was a smoker for 24 years, and this is what got me to stop smoking - for life.

Hypnotherapy is safe, natural, and effective.

Using advanced hypnosis and NLP processes, you can bypass all the difficult withdrawals and cravings usually associated with quitting smoking. Hypnosis is a totally safe, natural, and extremely effective process. All those old misconceptions about hypnosis are no longer relevant. The technique has been clinically proven to provide powerful medical and therapeutic benefits. These days, hypnosis is used in dentistry, medicine, law enforcement, professional sports, education and so many other areas.

What exactly is Hypnosis?

Hypnosis is simply a state of relaxation that allows you to access and communicate with the deeper subconscious part of the mind. This is the place where unconscious habits and patterns are stored. This makes it not only possible – it actually makes it easy - to change the unwanted habits developed over a lifetime.

Hypnosis is "the process trained professionals use to assist a person to achieve a deeper level of focus than one does automatically, or during meditation".

Your mind is in a light-to-medium level of focus when you are concentrating on work, reading, watching TV, driving, texting, playing video games, exercising, meditating, etc.

Some people can achieve a deep meditative focus to access the subconscious mind, and affect cellular change in their lives.
However, the key to achieving transformation is the process of discovering the cause of negative habits, behaviours, and feelings.

When the cause is discovered the transformation can be made on the subconscious mind, and at a cellular level.

It is difficult for anyone to ask the requisite questions of themselves and still maintain a deep focus. Therefore there is a need to engage with a professional trained in hypnotherapy.

This process is scientifically-proven and highly effective to create desired changes in beliefs, thoughts, feelings, and behaviour; to achieve mental, emotional, and physical health and well-being on the unconscious, subconscious, cellular, and core levels.

What is NLP?

Neuro-Linguistic Programming explores the relationship between how we think, how we communicate our emotions and patterns of and behaviour. By studying these relationships, we can successfully transform old unwanted behaviour patterns to create new levels of success and accomplishment. NLP provides us with greater levels of understanding about ourselves and others.

Can it work for everyone? Will it work for me?

Yes, and yes!

Providing you want to stop permanently and you allow yourself to be guided through the process, it will definitely work for you. The session is individually tailored to meet your specific needs and your individual requirements.

Everyone can be hypnotised if they allow themselves to be guided through the process.

No-one can be hypnotised against their will. Trance is a very common and familiar feeling. It is simply a state of relaxation of the mind and body.

Is hypnosis safe?

Hypnosis is an extremely safe, relaxing, and enjoyable experience. It is a meditative state. You are in control the whole time. People use self-hypnosis to improve their lives and resolve issues such as anxiety, insomnia, self-esteem, confidence issues, phobias and much more.

How long does it take?

One Session,

Two hours,

and you’re

Free forever!

Live and One-on-One is Far Superior

The effectiveness of hypnotherapy can vary based on individual preferences and the specific circumstances of the therapy. Both face-to-face and online hypnotherapy have their advantages and potential drawbacks. Here are some considerations for each:

Face-to-face hypnotherapy:

  1. Personal Connection: Being physically present in the same room as the hypnotherapist can create a stronger personal connection and rapport between me and you. You may find this connection enhances the therapeutic process.

  2. Environment Control: I have more control over the environment, ensuring it is quiet, comfortable, and free from distractions.

  3. Non-verbal Cues: In-person sessions allows me to pick up on subtle non-verbal cues, such as body language and facial expressions, which can be important for understanding the your responses.

  4. Trust Building: You may feel more comfortable and trust the therapeutic process more when interacting face-to-face.

Online hypnotherapy:

  1. Convenience: Online sessions offer greater convenience, allowing clients to participate in hypnotherapy from the comfort your own home. This can be particularly beneficial for individuals with mobility issues or those living in remote areas.

  2. Accessibility: Online sessions eliminate geographical barriers, making hypnotherapy accessible to you, even if you don't have easy access to a local hypnotherapist.

  3. Comfort: You may feel more relaxed and open in your familiar surroundings, which can positively impact the therapeutic experience.

  4. Technology Advancements: With advancements in video conferencing technology, the quality of online sessions has improved, providing a more immersive and engaging experience.

Ultimately, the choice between face-to-face and online hypnotherapy depends on your preferences, comfort levels, and the specific goals of the therapy. You may find that the benefits of convenience and accessibility outweigh any potential drawbacks of online sessions, while others may prefer the personal connection and environment control offered by face-to-face interactions. Feel free to discuss both options with me before making a decision, and choose the format that aligns best with your needs and preferences.

What are the benefits of doing hypnotherapy face-to-face with a hypnotherapist when compared to listening to a downloaded recording?

Face-to-face Hypnotherapy:

  1. Personalisation: A face-to-face session allows me to tailor the session to your specific needs and address individual concerns more effectively. It is more likely to be effective, because you are unique, and your emotions, triggers, needs, and motivations are specific to you.

  2. Immediate Feedback: I can observe your reactions and adjust my techniques in real-time based on your responses, enhancing the effectiveness of the session.

  3. Building Trust: In-person sessions may foster a stronger therapeutic alliance, as you and me can establish a personal connection and build trust.

  4. Complex Issues: For complex issues or deep-seated problems, you will appreciate my guidance and support, as a trained professional during a face-to-face session.
